Tell us about a subject you enjoy studying

Hello dear readers, today I bring you a new post of personal interest, specifically about my favorite subject, in this case is the social history of chile.

Social history of chile, as its name says, consists of recounting important events that occurred throughout the history of chile, past and current events of great relevance for our country and for our personal growth, as it helps us to reflect on all the processes that have occurred until today and thus realize that things have not always been as they are today, realize, for example, that there were different struggles to get what we have today, as is the case of women's suffrage, which formerly had no right as women.

I really like this subject because it gives us knowledge about important events that happened in our country and, in this way, learn more about our own history, since each time I learn new things or I realize that some things did not happen as I imagined them, this motivates me to be more interested in how different events really happened.

I have learned different concepts, how different processes, struggles, organizations, among others, emerged and developed. But what I am left with is the role that women have developed throughout the history of Chile, because in the past women were submissive, they stayed at home to wait for their husbands to attend to their needs when they returned from work and/or to take care of their children, and that has changed over the years, nowadays you don't see that so much, because women have become emancipated and autonomous, they no longer depend on a man or stay at home and I'm glad that this has happened, because women are increasingly raising their voices for their convictions and rights. 

Before studying this subject I did not think anything in particular, since in school there is the same subject of history too, but more broadly, so I just thought we were going to study more in depth the events that occurred in Chile and so it has been.
